Materials: Food ingredients, found objects, blackboard paint, MDF, white pen, chalk, photographic print
The installation at The Antonine Shopping Centre responded to the baking session of the nine minute dumpling. Found objects sourced from the vacant shop and around Cumbernauld were used within the installation, drawing upon the vernacular language of the shopping centre interior. All work was to be contained within the shop.
